Purpose & Background:

 

Every individual deserves bodily autonomy — no government interference in medical and health decisions with licensed professionals.

Health & Human Rights Act — Your Body, Your Choice

Section 1:

Bodily Autonomy

Every person decides with licensed medical professional — no bans, no interference.

Section 2:

Includes Abortion Access

Right to abortion up to 12 weeks (national standard).  
After 12 weeks: only if mother’s health or the baby is at significant risk. Miscarriages are not abortion.

Section 3:

No Barriers

No removal of access to services, treatment, or facilities.  
No criminalization of providers or patients.

Petition to Congress: The Democracy Forward Act is backed by a nationwide citizens’ preemptive movement demanding that Congress immediately impeach and remove both the President and Vice President and Vice President for violating sacred constitutional lines, and then elect a new Speaker truly committed to defending We the People against executive tyranny.

It is the only constitutional remedy We the People have when the President and Vice President break their sacred oath to defend the Constitution of the United States. Nothing else is permissible under our Constitution.
