Every person decides their own healthcare needs with licensed medical professional only — no bans, no interference.

Right to abortion up to 12 weeks (national standard).
After 12 weeks: only if mother’s health or the baby is at significant risk. Pregnancy complications and miscarriages are not abortion.
Section 3:
No Barriers
No removal of access to services, treatment, healthcare guidance or facilities, including defunding programs without Congressional appropriations passage.
No criminalization of providers or patients in providing evidence-based care and consultation to patients.
