THE VILLAGE ACT
Title: The Village Act — It Takes a Village to Raise a Village
Purpose & Background

We must lift the economically, physically, mentally, and educationally disadvantaged to self-sustainability — or we all sink deeper. Because the many in the country do not believe in this and have historically chosen to ask their representatives to cut appropriations that help the disadvantage, we must appeal to those of us that see the value of helping our own. This legislation is focused on continuing to raise funds.
